Michael currently builds AGLedger, Tributary AI, VeraStaged, and PokerLeagueOS. AGLedger is change control for AI agents, Tributary AI designs and deploys AI automation inside mid-market companies, VeraStaged is staging software an AI can run, and PokerLeagueOS is the operating system for poker leagues.

Before that, Michael spent 30 years leading teams at Microsoft, Citrix, Confluent, Astronomer, Simplot, and Micron. He carried a $1.1B quota at Microsoft and led enterprise transformations at Nike, Starbucks, and Boeing. He is a published author with McGraw-Hill and a three-time Microsoft Executive Briefing Speaker of the Year.
